Is it possible to convert an Turbo XS RFL to a recirculating BOV???
I had bought a Turbo XS RFL bov a while back and yes it sounded great and i love it, but caused a noticeable power loss due to VTA. I have looked at it and it seems the large sound cone thing is threaded in and i am wondering if that can be removed. Then replace with a straight metal tube in place so and rout it back into the air system just as a stock one. Seems possible to me but it dont want to destroy it trying to take the cone off becaue i have a person who wants to buy it. Anyone who have any ideas please let me know, it seems not to diffcult but again i just dont want to reck it. Let me know, thanks guys
yes it can be done i did it on mine...the horn unscrews but there is a little thing locking the threads..so you just gotta use a lot of force. you then need like a 1" (i think thats the size i used) pipe fitting..the one threaded on both sides. screw it into the hole for the horn
