Question Leak from between T-case and Trans help

Like the title says i have two small leaks coming from between the two bolts between the tcase and trans. I had parts built by buschur and by shepard and my good friend and i installed everything. i noticed the leaks a week after all this and we pulled the tcase off last night and replaced the seals, but no dice! just looking to see if there is anyone out there that can help. ive been like this ----> trying to figure it out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks guys!

There is a small dime sized washer that mates between the t-case and the trans, I f'd up once putting a t-case in and that washer fell out. didn't notice until during test driving, the t-case started leaking.

Most times is the oring that is missing or fell off on the tcase side. It mates to a breather hole on the transmission side when clamping it all together.

Yeah I never checked for the copper washer I'm in the process of taking it out again. Could not having that breather cause a leak?

Yes if the washer isn't there the transfer case will leak 100%.

Yeah man I can't seem to find where this washer goes. I looked and no dice so I'm betting it was never put back in. Where does it go?

Step 37

One big, one small. I made sure to order 2 of each when doing my tranny, just in case I damaged or lost one.

MD743612 o-ring between transfer case and transmission small
MD727944 O-ring netween transfer case and transmission large

I've never seen a washer, just 2 o-rings.

I've removed my transmission several times and never remember seeing a washer between the transmission amd transfer case. That I think would be kinda stupid. Your trying to seal something and then to put a spacer in there(washer). Depending on the color fluid that is leaking will tell you which washer is leaking. If you have the acd system in your car then it could be leaking from the hydraulic line and banjo fitting on the top of transfer case.

There's no washer. I'm looking at the shop manual right now, just the 2 o-rings.
