What is the best turbo for evo VIII?
I want to buy but don`t know which one.
Not for track, for everyday drive.

ive heard the stock turbo is good for 400 hp but the fuels system maxes out at 325 so I see nothing wrong with the stock 16G...

 

What I have found out is that it depends on how much HP/torque you want to make, how much cash you want to spend, and what really fitts well with your mods. Correct me if I'm wrong.
I know there is a ton of other factors when it comes down to the "perfect" option, but those are some to consider.

 

for everyday driving, the stock turbo is the best comprimise between large HP numbers and minimal lag.

if you wanna spend the money why don't you get the 4G63 stroked to 2.2L... u might loose some responce but gain decent torque...
