Best spark for the buck??????

So Im dealing with a very Very poor Running evo 8 that is has cams. my car starts to pop as soon as it hit 3500 rpm. Ive changed the plugs to the ones specified by the tuner. The plugs are gapped at 28 I've heard different gaps to run someone told me to try 19 thousands. My car used to run great its Cammed 272's and has lower ic pipe and K&N filter, evo 9 diviter valve. My car may have fuel problems so i got a new fuel pump.

but my main ? is is there a good spark amplifier for the money spent i found a few but they are way expensive. i think I'm getting spark blowout so I'm trying a few things do you guys have any tips.

^ This, and I would also run a can of sea foam through the gas tank as well to clean the fuel injectors. Cheers

.020-.022 for plugs and fire your tuner.

If you don't have a good tuner near, email one of the many on this forum. Log your car, send file and money, receive and load. Be happy.

sorry if off topic
Is sea foam good stuff to put in gas tank what about in the oil?i decided to pull out a spark plug because my gas miles went to sh_t!! and when i looked into combustion chamber it looked dirty in there, piston looks black carbon fouled. i saw a old video about seafoam dude says to pour it into brake boost vacume line.pour it in gas and in oil crankcase.i guess my ? is is this advisable/safe to do.any damage that can be caused by this?should i do this? i really dont like how dirty it looks in there.spark plug is not fouled looks normal worn condition.just combus chamber looks black/dirty.
evo ix 45K miles..

The piston tops get carbon deposits when running gas. On E85 they are cleaner. I wouldnt worry about that.

As far as spark goes, I got a SpoolinUp COP kit after having tons of issues with misfires and am happy as can be. I am going to try to run BPR8ES plugs again with the COP. I had a Dynatek ARC2 and the Montero coils and it sucked. I got rid of it and ran stock with BPR7ES and it seems fine but I want to try a colder plug with the stronger ignition again.

I dont think I would ever put seafoam in my evo's crank case to be honest with you. Just change your oil more frequently (at least every 2500-3000 miles) and use good oil. If your oil changes look fine, and there's no visible gunk/residue in the head when you remove the oil cap you should be fine man.

The Seafoam will clean out a large amount of the carbon build up in the cylinders etc when you pour it into your gas tank.

I havent used it in my vacuum lines yet, but I know they make an aresol version that you can spray into the vacuum lines to make that easier.
