Car judders when shifting-cold

Why does my IX "judder" when cold, when shifting gear and letting go of the clutch? I've got a competition stage 3 clutch.Stock engine mounts.
It only feels like this when the car is cold.In other words, the first few kilometers driving to work.

of course this is COMPLETELY normal with the upgraded clutch. Act xt-ss here, and it's a little buggy for the first 5-7 shifts of the day. Everything has to warm up and expand into place.
