possible exhaust issues?

Has anyone experienced restriction and loss of power in the exhaust system when going from a higher flow Downpipe (works DP in my case) to stock intermediate pipe, back out a higher-flow axle back? Am not making the power with my mods that I should be, and boost issues do not seem to be the culprit, at least not as measured by my gauges. I have works P2, throttle body, downpipe, Cams, and axle-back, and am making only 257 WHP on a dynojet..others with similar to the same set-up are making 275-285 WHP...my boost gauge reads fine, car feels strong smooth, does not feel like it's pulling timing, etc. Was dynoed 4 days after the cams and the downpipe were installed. My car has not been one of the stronger evos, very average, but dynoed at 245 on the same dyno with just the P2, TB and axel-back..so 10 WHP from cams and downpipe...? something's wrong here. Feedback..
