I would say that you should try raising preload to about 23-24 PSI for your 27# peak. You know how to do this correct?

Yea I know how to add more Pre load. Boost spiked and held at 20 psi. I understand I snuck out of bed early to go figure this out cause all day yesterday I was messing with it.

Yup, is a JDM RS, but I don't have that Ti turbo, I have the TD05HR-16G6C-10.5T which I believe is Al - Inconel only, am I correct?

What can be the reason for such a late spool?

You're lucky, I have to wait a couple of days before I go back to my car
Keep us posted with results, I will try the preload thing based on your results

Here in a bit I'll go tighten then do another pull. With that mishimoto rad it's a tight fit plus it's extra hot!

I was looking down there the other day and I was thinking I should remove the rad, but now that you mention it I guess it can be done without removing... Did you have the stock heatshield in place? is it hard to remove?

No removed the heats shields. The mani heat shield is easy but the o2 housing heat shield is tough! But I have an o2 dump now. You don't have to remove the rad but you have to be really careful not to poke a hole in the stock rad cause it's super brittle!

You are probably low on turbo fluid.

Since you have the option I say go ahead and try that.... I was thinking it could also be the o2 dump you installed, maybe it's not letting the wastegate flapper seal properly inside...
