I just recently purchased an evo and I think it needs Tuning...

Current mods:

Buschur Turbo back exaust
manual boost controller
Buschur Deluxe Intercooler with Pipes
walbro fuel pump & air intake

with those following mods, will I see any gains ?

 

a 100% stock car will pick up power with a tune

 

has it been tuned before? with those mods, esp fuel pump, without a tune i would think it would just be dumping fuel and not running well. you will see a substantial gain from those mods. crank up the boost a little and monitor fuel a little better, and be prepared for a much faster, better running, and more fuel efficient (gasp!) evo.

FP Black turbo complete kit
1000cc injectors
Double pumper
GSC S2 cams with springs retainers valve guides
Aem wideband + mbc
Fuel rail and afpr

 

And of course JR tuned !!!!

 

If you want E85 go with more injector and you don't need an AFPR.

I think the smallest injector you can use for e85 is 1400 or 1600cc injector. I have seen some people get away with using them. But the Mack daddy ones would be 2000+cc injectors. They are very pricey. But you wouldn't have to upgrade later on it you went with a bigger turbo if you got them 2000cc injectors. Good luck on your build.

 

I've advised him to go with FIC 1450's, as they are one of the few injectors that will do decent on pump too, as he wants to run dual maps.
