I hope you're not "resting" your foot on the clutch...do you mean when you've got the pedal fully depressed? I've only got a little over 400 miles on mine, so I'll keep an eye on it.

I mean when the car is idling. Put a slight amount of pressure on the pedal, and you would feel it.

I never had this vibration before. Now I have a new clutch, and my pedal vibrates about the first inch of travel before it disengages the clutch. My brand new clutch also chatters, which it shouldn't.

Anyone ever figure out this problem? I now have the same pedal vibration during the first inch of clutch pedal travel. I have 13k on my stock clutch right now w/ about 15 launches. The vibration started after I started launching on the clutch so I suspect that the pressure plate is slightly warped and is transmitting vibration through the clutch pedal. My car drives fine w/o any problems otherwise.

ok im bringing back an old thread cause i got this same problem, but instead of it driving fine (other than the vibrate) it will not go into gear at all. i have an exedy twin disc, and only has maybe 800 miles on it and only one time getting on it. anyone know whats up or have any ideas. exedy told me they think it might be a disc hanging up or something like that, not letting it fully disengage.

My Exedy is vibrating like yours as well, I think that maybe its a clutch balancing issue.
