Soft clutch pedal

I recently felt my exedy twin was starting to slip so I check my for stop and saw that it was actually touching so I removed it to adjust it to 1/4 inch. When I was bolting it back down I had to push the slave cylinder (the one the fork stop sits on) in to line up the bolts so I could bolt the fork stop back down. Figured it was all good...

Now I have a soft clutch pedal that grabs high but atleast the clutch isn't slipping anymore. Did I f-something up by messing with the slave or do I just need to adjust the clutch pedal? The car has a 6262 making 500whp but the clutch was installed as recently as January and I haven't launched it or beat on it at all so I figure my slipping issue was the fork stop.
