bushurs lower plumbing intercooler pipe

david i have a question about the lower plumbing which eliminates 5 bends and etc. Are you refering to the upper ic pipe going down to the intercooler or are you saying that you have created another left pluming, lower like you has said prevoiusly i want to see this pic of it if you have it. I already have this upper ic pipe and also could this lower pipe be connected to pruvens intercooler

If you are talking about the pipe that comes with the BR FMIC, that is the lower IC pipe.... that is the pipe that goes from the turbo to the intercooler, not the pipe that goes from the intercooler to the throttle body.

Correct, the lower i/c pipe is only available with our front mount intercooler kit. It has nothing to do with the upper i/c pipe you already have.

Help Just had the Buschur FMIC and lower I/C pipe installed. My MBC was attached to the nipple on the stock lower I/C pipe. The Buschur lower I/C pipe has no nipple. Where should I hook it up???

My mbc and most that I have seen are hooked to the nipple on the wastegate and the other end is hooked to the nipple on the turbo inlet.

I think that the Turbo Nipple and the Lower I/C pipe are the same nipple. I am 80% sure. So now no turbo nipple. Where do I hook it up.

It the BOV the only other place to hook it up to. That is where it is now, My boost PSI is all over the place now. It spikes, It some times creeps, and it seems to be different in all gears. How often do MBC's go bad? I have a hallman Evolution MBC not even a year old.

It's not that hard to install a nipple on that Buschur pipe. Drill a hole, tap it and screw in a 1/8 npt barb.

I will try a few more things before I do that. I dont really want to take the pipe off. because I had a hard time getting it to seal. It took a few tries and some RTV to do it.
