SuperTech valve stem seals leaking?
I'm experiencing similar problem, right now taking off the exhaust manifold to see if there are any traces of oil, basically I don't see any smoke anywhere, clean coolant but I'm losing about 1/2qt. every 100 miles of just driving.
Motor is new 2.3L Stroker w/ SuperTech Valves, Retainers and Dual-Springs, I'd guess with their valve seals, but when I put my hand against the exhaust all the way in the back, I see oil droplets being spat out, but no smoke, also no oil traces anywhere under the engine on the garages floor.

Yeah, everything is clean in my case, valves don't show any sign of oil seeping from seals, runners are clean and so is the turbo, no traces of any oil residue in the manifold. I'm still puzzled where it all goes.

I'm headed to STM in a couple of days to hopefully get this problems resolved. STM said they are going to take out the Supertech valve seals and put a set of OEM seals back in. In addition to that, they are going to remove the inner springs from my dual-valve spring setup, and just have me run 1x spring per valve. I guess I'd rather keep the dual-valve springs since I'm running Kelford 272s and do sometimes rev out to 8k.
My new concern is that since I've been more than likely leaking/burning oil through the valves for 2-3 weeks, how coked up is my head right now like the picture posted above in post #13 ? Is there an easy way to clean the head out?

I'm checking my oil every 3-4 days. I bought a 5qt jug and have been filling up my oil when it gets low. The funny thing is, for as much blue smoke as I've been blowing, my oil level hasn't been dropping all that noticeably. But I guess it doesn't take much oil leaking through a valve seal to cause blue smoke either.
I had this problem also. I made a thread on it. In my case it wound up being the wrong inner spring. I had the 110lb springs I believe and swapped to 95lb springs which is just a change in inner spring. More clearance. My seals kept popping off.

Can you tell from looking at the actual spring which lb. rating it is? This might be an option I pursue with STM so I can still run a dual-setup instead of going back to a single spring with an OEM valve seal. Thanks Wizzo
Its very hard to tell when they are still in the car. But if you have both springs next to each other you can see a thinner wire with less turns. If I was at a computer I would post my thread here. I have pictures you can look at in the thread.
Sorry I guess I didn't start a thread. I must have posted the pictures in someone else's thread. Ill find it and let you know.
FOUND IT. Title is valve seals popped off. In there I posted good pics and spring part numbers.

Any updates on this? Im burning oil but all my valve seals are in place. I thought I may have popped a seal off again but no. Im going to pull the exhaust manifold and turbo off this weekend to see if I can find where its coming from. Hopefully its not my turbo

Update: I visited STM a little over a week ago for my leaking valve seals. They removed the smaller/inner valve spring as well as switched me back to OEM valve seals. Knock on wood, but it's been a week since then and I'm not burning any oil.
