compression and leak down test - need advice

I've been having some smoking issues with my car so I did a compression test and got 151, 64,150,145. From these numbers, I obviously found cyl#2 not so good. So to find the root cause I did a leakdown test but am a little confused. I found TDC on cyl#2 and did the test and had air coming out of cly#1 (no air bubbles in radiator or air coming out of oil dip stick). Confused, I rotated the crank to find the next TDC and go air coming out of cyl#4 (no air again coming from the other spots). What is this telling me? A valve issue?

If a valve is leaking it would have air poing out the intake or exhaust depending on which is leaking and going into another cylinder where the valves are open. Open the throttle body while the #2 cylinder is at tdc and see if air rusheds out the intake manifold. Then go to rear of car and see if it is going out the exhaust. Depensing on where it is esaping will tell you what valve is not sealing.

I could hear it coming from the exh. So the Exh valve is, what I'm guessing, not seating correctly.
