Not a swaybar rattle

Did my timing belt about a month ago. Ran great for about 2500 miles. Still runs ok but today it started making a funny ticking, rattling sound. Sounds like a pebble or bolt rattling around in a tin can spinning or something. Sound is coming from under timing belt cover or very top of valve cover on that side. I pulled the upper cover real quick but you cant see much from there. Im gonna tear into it tomorrow but I just figured id ask and see if there is a common issue that I could be having.
Hate to pull everything apart (esp the stupid water pump pulley) if its something else.
Any ideas? Ill post what I find.

Turbo took a dump. 74k miles. Its been stock tell about 70k. Ran it at 25psi the last 4k miles. Ill try to post a pic. The wheel is just barely hitting the bottom of the housing. It spins freely by hand but you can see where it has been contacting. Just started yesterday.
This should be a good core still right?
