Question Clutch sensor or starter solenoid?

Anyone know where I can buy a cheap new or used clutch sensor and starter solenoid?

My car does not start sometimes or it takes awhile for it to start...

Before I buy, is it the clutch sensor or the a
Starter solenoid? Is there even a starter solenoid? Lol

There's a starter solenoid, I had my rebuilt one go out after 1200 miles and it starts out by acting like a weak battery when cranking over, just gets worse & worse until it's done. Installed a used one today and it's all good now.

When i turn the ignition, it doesn't loose any power or weaker.
I turn on the key, let all the lights comes on first, I put my car I'n gear and starts it.
It starts most of the time, but in some days, it takes more than 5 tries.

Where did you buy your starter solenoid and for how much? Thanks

I ended up buying the whole starter on eBay for $70 which is cheaper than any I see on the forum. IIRC, the a bad starter will draw power making the interior light go dimmer when trying to start and a bad clutch switch will simply act as I the clutch isn't engaging the switch.

You can unplug the clutch switch beneath the clutch pedal to see if the problem persists. Same thing happened to me. Just don't leave the car in gear if you ever start it without the clutch!
