As for Catch can, Saikou Michi.
As for oil, follow your builders recommendation

Use a good oil, with a good additive package (ie high ZDDP package).. If its a built motor (ie aftermarket bottom end) or if you're intentions are to just run it hard , a 50wt oil will suit your needs.. Amsoil or Mobil racing oils will be fine. The 15w-50 Mobil Racing oil is a great oil, specifically developed for racing and punishing the motor.. If the ambient temps reach below 30* degrees F, you can get away with a 40 wt oil. Just keep an eye on your operating temperatures, and how much oil your consuming.

An oil analysis by Blackstone Labs will tell you more than anything.

Stock motor? Track car? Or just driven on the Weekends?

If so open the Owners Manual and look in the specifications section.

Or even easier open the hood and look at the oil cap

Catch cans are more of a personal preference.. All the name brand work very well (ie Cusco, STM, buschur), it's just which one do you like more? Just make sure you route the vacuum lines correctly and you don't pressurize your catch can (s)..
