I want better performance and better injectors so what would be some good injectors for my stock evo to boost some performance?

You need to give us a lot more information before we can help you. Start by answering these.
What type of fuel do you plan on running?
How much HP are you shooting for?
Do you have an upgraded fuel pump?
How much boost do you plan on running?
There's more questions to answer, but if you answer these we can help you out better..

I plan on running e85 In the future
I am ordering a Walbro 255lp fuel pump . Right now it's stock
I'm shooting for 400+ hp and I'm not sure how much boost

I was going to say 1050's if you plan on going with a turbo back exhaust, intake, bov, 255 pump and 9 turbo. That will get you to 400.

1600's without knowing what turbo he's going with or any other mods he plans on running ? I'm going to be running an FP black with 1100 high z's. 1600 will be way overkill if he goes with any turbo smaller than a 6766, LOL.

There is nothing overkill about injectors. He could buy any 1500+ cc injectors and he'll be fine, it's all about scaling the injectors properly. Which any good tuner can do. He may want to upgrade his turbo.. I'm just for buying injectors once, they're relatively the same price.

I have had the FIC 1050cc low impedance on my previous E-85 Evo IX SE and now I am running FIC 1100cc High impedance injectors, I am at around 400whp with the cams, the exhaust, intercooler, E-85 tune etc. My current 100cc injectors put me on a relaxed low to mid 70% injector duty cycle at full boost(28-30psi) on a evo 9 turbo.
Ultimately it will depend on what turbo are you putting in the long run. start with 1100cc and you can go wrong.

no point in buying injectors that could be maxed out and need to be swapped if he ever upgrades the turbo

I wouldn't recommend just buying the biggest injectors available, its much better to determine your power goals for the immediate future and plan on getting an injector that will allow you a comfortable amount of headroom and even a bit of room for growth (but not double or triple the flow that you require currently). The reason for this is because sometimes excessively large injectors require more work to tune so if there is no real benefit to going with a huge injector for you then it doesn't make sense to go there.
To make 400 whp on E85 on an Evo, I think our 1100cc injectors will be a great fit. Based on our calculations here you wont have too much extra headroom at 43.5 psi of base fuel pressure but if what fromWRXtoEvo is saying is correct, his real world results were more favorable which is certainly possible since we keep our estimates conservative to be safe. If you do need some more fuel flow then turning up your fuel pressure a bit is an option as well, down the road.
You can check out our Fuel Injector Clinic 1100cc injectors for the Evo 8/9 and DSM here: http://fuelinjectorclinic.com/dsm-evo-1-9/IS126-1100H
