how to adjust new clutch properly ?

had high rpm lockout issues on oem clutch, so I've changed pressure plate (with another oem one), disc, fresh fluid in system and of cource bleeded it, fresh oil in tranny and changed shifter base bushings with solid ones as well

have done ~30 miles on new clutch and experiencing notchy shifting in 1-st gear and sometimes its hard to select reverse as well. havent done high rpm shifts yet. so I think my clutch/pedal needs some adjustment as it doesn't disengage fully

any step-by-step instructions how to adjust it to get the most amount of fluid flow to the slave cylinder ?
