Clear fluid leaking out of hose...Pic inside

Hey guys I was just wondering what this hose is used for. I was putting coolant in my car and noticed this clear liquid coming out of this hose. It doesn't smell like anything so just wondering what it could be. Heres a pic...

Its called condesation... Watch out man it is two parts hydrogen one part oxygen... Two of the most flammable natural substances known... It that gets near a flame OMG!
