Safe rpm limiter

I have a buschur stage three head, gsc s2 cams, eagle h beams, weisco 9:0.1 comp positions and a kiggly hla. Like the title says what would be the safest max rpm for this set up.

With a stock turbo?

I can't imagine HP is climbing past 7500RPM to even make revving out desirable beyond not shifting into 5th on a drag strip?

Stock turbo must tuners sets it at 8K.on the strip in 4th gear you can still make power at 8K cause you have cams.

I'm just wondering cause he said 9k if I went 35r but that seems a little high for eagle h beams.
