To upgrade manley piston pins?
To upgrade manley piston pins?
I'm going to be running manley platinum pistons on my 2.4 and I was thinking the other day about the piston pins.
Standard pins are .150 wall chrome moly
The upgraded ones are .210 wall 9310 alloy.
The engine being pushed to high RPM and big power I'm wondering if the standard pin should be ok or if I should go with the beefer one.
Last thing I'd like is to have a pin value and grenade the whole engine.
