Sometimes when my engine is really cold it won't want to start/stay running unless I give it some gas until it warms up a little bit then it's fine. Also when the air conditioner is on if i'm approaching a hill or something the car will lose RPM's and want to die unless I put my foot on the gas to keep the rpms up.

I'm thinking ground or sensor issues?
