I tried to get my pump repaired from acd tuning also, fortunately it was right as their website indicated they weren't doing it anymore. I sent mine to kompass out of canada. It's currently on its way back. Ruff shaw communicated with me the entire time and let me know of any changes. I'll let you guys know how the pump turns out but so far have had a good experience with kompass electric.

I haven't heard anything good about ACD Tuning. My friend sent him money and never got his unit back and has never heard from him either.

People, we've all been had. I sent my pump in November. I don't think anybody is getting their pumps back. This is completely unacceptable under ANY circumstances. A new one costs $1600! I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I suggest you do the same. https://www.bbb.org/consumer-complai...nt/get-started

Matt at ACD-tuning actually just moved last year and is local to me near Nashville,TN. I met him a few months ago and he tuned my ACD for me....really seemed like a stand-up guy. He's a tech at the Nashville Audi dealer. If anyone would like to try to contact him by phone, PM me...i have his cell number. I would like to hear his side of all this.

Just filed with the Better Business Bureau. I guess Matt expects me to drive my car around without the ACD pump forever and that I'm ok with him just keeping my pump and keeping my $400 replacement electric motor and wasting my time (allot of my time) and that I'll ok spending another $1600 on a new one while he makes off with mine.

I have his cell number too (if it's still the one ending in 0143) but he hasn't answered a call or text from that since he quit answering his email and kept my pump.

Cant be that many Mats working in Audi dealerships in Nashville. Process of elimination is all I gotta say. This really sucks as it seems we now have one less option for ACD tuning.

I have been in contact with the supplier of the ACD rebuild kits in Croatia and before too long we will be offering the service for any ACD or AYC equipped vehicles. I am just waiting on the hardware to begin rebuilding pumps. As far as the tuning, we have also been doing a fair amount of R&D with our sponsored track drivers and have offered this is as a service for awhile.

Well it's either drive to Nashville or the Better Business Bureau. And since I have to work, the BBB it is for now at least. Not that I haven't seriously considered driving down to Nashville from Chicago (because I have. Got friends down there to stay with). But i do have a life. Plus there's no guarantee there would even be anything or anyone even there at the address that i shipped pump to. If this doesn't get resolved soon I'll be forced to bite the bullet and buy a new one that'll probably fail on me in another couple winters. That is part of the reason why I gave ACD Tuning a chance. I am always trying to build a more reliable car.
