Plus there's no guarantee there would even be anything or anyone even there at the address that i shipped pump to. If this doesn't get resolved soon I'll be forced to bite the bullet and buy a new one that'll probably fail on me in another couple winters. That is part of the reason why I gave ACD Tuning a chance. I am always trying to build a more reliable car.
I went to him for same reason. I just called his work apparently he's not in today. If you come up with time to go there you could go to his work cause he will def be there

He does not work at the audi dealership anymore.
His last day was Dec.24th according to the manager there. There is more than one Matt that works at the dealership so make sure you ask by last name as well just incase the manager was lying to me.

Also, he changed his cell phone number as well. the one ending in -0143 still has his voicemail I believe but it is owned by a new subscriber and he doesnt pick up. I know this because I had a bot continuously call that number and the guy finally picked up and it was clearly not Matt and he had no idea who he was.

I also highly doubt he is still living in TN as he told me he was moving. I know his family lives in Maryland somewhere. He said he has some huge family crisis or something.

The shipping address he had listed on his site is just a UPS Store so thats no help either.

Dont ask me how I know lol but thankfully I got all my stuff back after a horrific 2 month ordeal.

Too anyone still waiting for there stuff, email the HELL out of him. Thats what I did. Literally sent like 30 a day at least. He took his sweet A$$ time but he answered them.

I am really surprised this would be a deliberate thing rather than just an administrative gap that developed when they sold/passed on ownership. To be glass half full, maybe there is a clever way to get the right person involved in this to get the pumps reuilbt or returned or something.

He may have way more life important things going on, so he can only resolve one or two pump orders a week.

May we should start a list of the guys that have items, pumps I guess, outstanding. I think nobody has sent anything in since January, so its likely anything that hasn't returned is gapped? If anyone has sent in something or bought anything successfully since Jan 1, let us know that too.

I can make a list and I will edit the first post to see if we can get kikiturbo or others involved on finding, returning, or fixing the pumps and parts, by applying some pressure through their relationships.

IF you guys respond and update this, I will place it at the top of my OP.

totalOwnage - pump
Chafed Banana - pump, spare electric motor
EvoGirl68 - ACD ECU
srphoenix - rebuild kit

I sent in my pump to get rebuilt but he just said he would not have time to get to it. I ended up purchasing a used one on the forum.

Do you have your pump back or its still there? have you paid anything yet, or are you waiting for it to be sent back to you?

I got my pump back from him. When I initially spoke to him in late november he told me to send in the pump before paying so he can diagnose things first. I'm so lucky I didn't send him money.

I seriously considered using his services. I also had family in his area was going to make a week out of it. Sent email out for a quote the first week of December and never heard a word back. Guess this would be the reason. Situations like this always suck. Just out of curiosity at this point how much was he getting for just the pump rebuild and no re-flash?
