help identifying wg actuator brand?

I took my wg actuator off my turbo to bench test. There are no markings on it so I assumed it is oem. On the bracket arm where it bolts to the turbo is inscribed FP 91290. Does this mean its an Forced Performance, and if so which psi one, or is it just an oem stamping? From testing it, it looks like it begins to open up around ~14 psi.

It came with the used evo 9 turbo I bought. Interesting to note because when I went to get tuned they were saying it kept wanting to boost to 25-26 psi. Im not sure how they managed to get my tune to 23 psi. The wga is fairly worn and otherwise looks stock so I never would have guessed. I took it off to test it because I felt like I was having a slow spooling, thinking the wga was opening too early. Thanks alot for the info.
