just put my hks intake on tonite and now my blow off valve is sooo much louder is this normal>>

 

compared to your stock airbox, it should be.

 

yes i have the hks rs kit and it is normal for the stock BOV to be louder. Now you're having fun hearing the turbo spool right?

What you are hearing isnt the blow off valve but the release of suction pressure of the turbine when you let off the throttle.. the bov u have should sound the same because its not the recirc type.. if you had the recirc type, then yes, the sound will be louder coz you will hear the pressure release back into the intake from the cone...
