weird sound when braking only on Snow traction mode?
Hi guys,
I have a Evo9 MR. It's making a weird sound when I'm braking, to give you an idea, at first, I tought it was the inner plastic of the aera of the wheel that was touching on the tire and rubbing...
But after troubleshoot, I found that it's only doing it when my traction option is on the snow mode. So I guess that sound was more the transfer case gear grinding...
But don't understand, only when braking and only when it's on snow mode (that I rarely use).
I often heard that the pump that does the change of traction is part know to break but I would not think it would act like this if it would be broken.
What do you think it could be??
Thanks!
