700+ fuel systems
Car is being built over the winter with a fresh short block. i also have a BR stg3 head and will be running a sheepey FF turbo kit with a 6466. I'm trying to piece together a fuel setup that will support the turbo. i already have an agency power fuel rail and fic 2150's. Will the stock feedline and return lines support the car or what do most run?

The stock fuel lines will support it but at those power levels a -6 or -8AN feed line upgrade would help.
Too many people over complicate things, I made 707whp on a Mustang dyno with a homemade double pumper using 2 modded 255's, stock lines, stock rail. I used a hobbs switch to turn the 2nd pump on at 7psi
OP- this is a debatable issue, do some searching and you will find a few threads.
The stock feed and return will work but it wil also make your pumps work that much harder. It is really your decision how to go.
For me it made sense to upgrade them. It is a fairly easy and cheap upgrade.
I started with a just double pumper and stock line and FPR and 2150inj. Around 650ish mustang dyno car started to lean out. Fuel pressure was high as *** when I put a gauge on it. I swapped it out a for an adjustable FPR. I also moved to -8 feed and return line along with full blown rail. Car went from 650whp lean@ 90% duty cycle on 6266@ turbo @36psi to 786whp (11.6 afr@ WOT) 86% duty cycle on 6466 turbo @42psi.As you can see their is a big difference in just upgraded lines, FPR and fuel rail. You can get away with stock lines if your lucky but its so much more easier to tune and stays consistent when you have the right parts and gives you room to grow.

It all depends on how clean of an install you want.
I did
Squash Performance Double pumper with Dual 450lph pumps the E85 ones
-6 supply and return lines
Skunk 2 Composite fuel rail
FIC 1650cc injectors (High z) the new ones
Aeromotive AFPR
58psi BFP I made 702whp DJ at 83% DC, and very smooth fuel pressure curve.

I'd bet $10 that anyone running the stock supply line and making 700 whp is not maintaining proper fuel pressure at the rail. Fuel pressure is drifting down below the target value, and IDC is being tuned artifically high to keep AFRs in check.

Does anyone make full kit or I basically just piece it together? I don't care if I have to just seeing what all I'd need and everything .
I know evodan2004 makes a really nice setup. He can make them with almost any pump you want and also can build the entire feed/return line setup any way you want it as well. I have one of his double pumpers and it works great. He is a nice guy to deal with as well
I make over 800 whp on Buschur Racings dyno with:
- Buschur double pumper (255 main & 450 secondary)
- 8 AN feed from the Buschur fuel filter to the rail
- Buschur fuel rail
- FIC 2150s
- OEM fuel pressure regulator
- OEM return line
