So I have a evo9 and and I'll try to explain the best I can. when I get on the gas my psi increases but my RPMs are not. In other words im hitting boost but my Car is not responding to the boost, I honestly have no idea what is going on, any ideas? Anyone experience this? Anything will help thanks.

What RPM does your car idle at?
I think it's best if you take a short vid of it idling and taking off from a stop.
I still don't understand what you are saying by hitting boost but not responding to the boost...

 

nevermind i think i fixed, but basically i would get up in RPMS to where i would be building boost and i would continue to climb in PSI but my car wouldnt respond, so in the simplest terms i can think of, i would hit hit boost but my car wouldnt go "vroom" lol

 

clutch slipping? rpms and psi there but you're not moving?

 

This is what came to my mind as well.

 

Either clutch slipping or he was lugging the engine in 4th or 5th.
