change oil after cam install??

i just installed cams i dont have many miles on this oil change is it a good idea to change it now?

what is the best oil for the evo?

I generally do. I look at it like a new engine. You have new metal parts seating together and there is going to be *some* material lost as the contact surfaces smooth out on the cams. I wouldn't want to leave that in the engine.

personally i would its a cheap price to pay when you figure you just spend 600$ on a set of cams... I run Mobil 1 Synthetic 5w30.....
