Can't decide on turbo

I'm currently in the process of building a 2.4 for my 2005 evo 8. Full bolt on and kelford 272s. No other head work. My car made 410 on 93 with a stock turbo at 29 psi for 2 years and finally tossed a rod. So building a 2.4. My biggest decision is what turbo I want to go with. I've seen several threads on power levels and such on a 2.4 but I can't decide. Looking for some input. I want between 600 and 700. With the possibility of 750 in the future. Obviously the smaller the turbo the better. I will run e85 at all times. Would an fp red be capable of these levels? Or should I go with something else. Not set on stock frame turbos, just what I've looked at. Thanks in advance.

The new PTE 6062 or hta3582 or hta3586 would fit your needs for quick spool and 6-700 hp
