You shouldn't have had to mess with any of that just to swap plates. Did you take the diff completely apart?

Okay guys. I believe I figured it out



Here is my final try..


What I did wrong was put in spring plates wrong the 2 plates on each end.

Now the diff locked up hard like it should and kicks rear out in first hard..lol when turning..thanks alot for who helped get through this
