Oil leak from front case

Oil leak from front case
So I've got an oil leak coming from a bolt hole on my front case. Turns out I left a bolt out when I did my assembly a few months ago and it's started leaking from there.
To solve the issue for now I've put a flange head bolt in and coated the shaft near the end of the bolt with Ultra Grey RTV after cleaning the oil out of the bolt hole. I'll see if it leaks tomorrow after it sets up. My question is if it doesn't leak anymore do I still need to replace the front case gasket? It's a big job and I don't really want to do it as I have to pull the oil pan and replace the pickup gasket and oil filter housing gasket again. Everything is brand new on the engine as well; so I hate to spend the money twice. The biggest concern is could there be oil pressure issues since it's so close to the oil passages? If I absolutely have to redo everything front case related I can; but if not then I'd rather not. Hoping an expert can chime in on this one. Also, I used high tack on the gasket when I first installed it. Is this not recommended for these gaskets? Thanks.

If it stops the leak your good, if not well you already know next steps. Im no expert, but i have had to deal with my share of oil leaks over the years.
