Easiest trans to shift at high rpms
More than likely your synchros are shot. Common in decently powerful evos. Most of the rebuilds are going to net you the same results..if you stay on a synchro trans. You can try the Synchrotech carbon ones next time around and see if they last longer for you.
Don't waste your time with the Liberty Faceplated gearset. I had one that was only going to take a promised "4weeks" to assembled...dragged on for 6 MONTHS. If you are serious about racing the car and shifting high rpms like a madman you will need to constantly keep rebuilding the synchro box or get a dogbox.
