Doing a motor build that'll require 156mm rods. Aluminum only. What's the best options available out there? Part numbers and/or vendors?

Need something that can ideally handle 1000-1100 WHP.

R&R and FFWD Vader seem to be the most popular, haven't heard of recent issues with either.

Vader hs a good rep? Honestly I've never heard anything about them aside from FB sponsored ads. Not sure if they were a gimmick, or legit.

R&R and GRP were the two I know of and were considering. I know the honda SFWD crowd uses GRP prettt extensively.

Any particular high hp cars running r&r?

BME make 156mm rods, or any experiences/input there?

A few people on DSMTuners bought them. I've never seen anything negative about them, but it could take a while for those stories to come out.

Most DSM 4G63 builders use R&R, can't go wrong.

I've seen nothing but great things with the Vader rods. They will be my rod of choice on my next build.
