QM 8 leg twin DRAG ISSUE!

Hi guys! As the title states, im having some major clutch drag issues with my newly bought evo 8

car has a built transmission, it has the 1-4 faceplated liberty gear upgrade, which is like the poor mans dogbox.

The QM 8 leg has about 2k miles on it IF that.

So when i press in the pedal all the way, and shift into first, the car will stall, this is because the clutch drags (not a thrust bearing issue since its fine in neutral) my question is why.

The car will die in first, and when i start it in gear with my foot all the way on the clutch pedal, it will move the car forward during cranking. All gears are hard to go in but because of the car moving forward with clutch pressed in all the way. I know its a clutch related issue.

pedal is also adjusted up as far as it can go, still same issue. Also. I read a few threads about a clutch pedal stop. I see no pedal stop on the car.

im assuming i warped a disc or something. Any help would be greatly appriciated!!!!

actually i was just looking at the discs again from the inspection port. First disc looks like its missing some chunks. I guess i will get a rebuild kit for it and pull it this weekend.

did you measure the clutch height to the tranny deck when you installed it?
