i started getting this really strange vibrating / rattling noise coming from my front end. I'm 90% sure the inner cv joint on the driver side is shot. It happens most between 35-55 mph and then anytime accelerating from there. I know there's other threads about this but nothing to recent. Is it worth paying 580$ for an oem one or is there somewhere else I can get a quality one without spending that much?

would you agree that it's the inner cv joint? It's coming from that location and I don't have any problems shifting and the noise isn't rpm related. the boot isn't broken but there is a little bit of play when rotated back and forth.
