Actually, it can't be that late. I don't think the stock turbo can hold 25 psi boost at 5500 rpm.

Your lean idle, that's usually an air leak somewhere.
You'll hear it hissing.
The oil problem, pull the plugs, take a photo.
That'll give you an idea how many cylinders are working properly and how many are broken.
The BOV backwards, that's just a "red herring".

I flipped the BoV. I drove the car yesterday. The car blows a lot of smoke out of the exhaust after I set idle for a few mins. Soon after I came to a complete stop my afr would go lean to 20 afr and sounded like car wanted to cut off. I think I will look at the valve seal. Also if my valve seal are bad would it cause it to lean out from all the excess oil burning off?

You wrote you replaced the PCV valve. The ones I've encountered in auto parts stores don't work. Take yours off and blow through it. It should seal completely in the direction of the valve cover. If you can blow through it at all in that direction, the turbo is pressurizing the crankcase.
Pressure in the crankcase will force oil through turbo and valve seals causing the engine to burn oil. The engine may also leak.

Do you have a boost leak detector and compressor & tank?
