White smoke under hard acceleration
I was viewing a car recently and after driving slowly for 5 minutes the car was opened up to "see what it had" i watched in the wing mirror and seen slight misting/white smoke haze the car behind us.
is this normal?
any ideas? unburnt fuel? jap car running rich?

Check the turbo for shaft play. When the seals go and it starts burning oil, for some reason, it's usually grayish white, not blue like you'd expect. See what the exhaust smells like. Sweet? Coolant. Burnt oil? Oil.
