Horsepower goal will dictate what you need.

The reason you're getting conflicting answers is because there are other variables that need to be considered such as fuel type (e85) requires about 30% more volume vs pump gas. Also, what are your power goals? How much boost are you looking to run? Do you have any other fueling modifications in regards to the lines or FPR?

Without knowing any of the other information your question will remain unanswered.

32 psi of boost and 38 psi of fuel?

If so you are below factory base fuel pressure.

Base pressure is 43.5 .

You can raise your base pressure to give you injector duty cycle.

Have you raised base pressure see if injector duty goes down?

You need a double pumper. The Walbro 450 maxes out around 650whp. Your 35r is capable of more than that.

Boost is simply a measurement of restriction. 38psi is just a number. You can run a stock turbo at 38psi on the hit. You need to tune the car where its happy. There isn't a set boost number for a given turbo. Your whole setup plays a major role in how much power it will make with how much boost. Depending on which compressor you have. somewhere in the 725-800whp range is likely where you'll find the limit.

You can find the compressor maps of your turbo to know where the efficiency of the turbo lies based on your displacement. You have plenty of injector for your power goals, but I'd say you have have a fuel delivery problem, (lines, pump, pressure, etc.)
