Is your car a 5 speed or 6 speed? I've used amsoil and redline for my 5 speed and redline was def better for shifting. I used amsoil for a long time and would get grinds on 2nd gear and once I started using redline the grinds went away.

5-speed. I ended up just ordering more of the Motul, and plan on overfilling about half a quart. The TRE web site suggests that’s a good idea for road racing.

I also found a pillow pack of EXEDY grease, so assuming that’s the goods.

Side note, just pulled the Comp stage 2 that I installed Dec ‘13, and while it felt like it’s engagement was softening during shifts, there’s a ton of material left after ~25k. The car doesn’t make much power, low-mid 300’s, but there were lots of track days with 2-3-4th and 8k shifts. Really, if it weren’t for the solid hub, I’d just put it all back together. From the moment it went in however, I’ve hated the decision to use a solid disk.

Exedy triple is very overkill for the majority of people out there.

ACT Xtreme PP 6 puck sprung is what i just had installed. I make 400whp and it works great. Engagement is pretty quick but you get used to it after a few hours. Clutch DOES NOT like hills though.
