The Evo 1 engine is a 7-bolt, not a 6-bolt. You're swapping not swapping engines, are you? The ring lands on the Evo 7-bolt pistons will fail before 450whp.
Going 5858 adds money and complication to your setup for a T3 manifold and downpipe; FP Red is practically bolt-in, depending on your wastegate choice. And just to make sure, Evo 4-9 turbos will not fit the E1.
Injectors would be around 80% DC at peak compressor output of the Red.

i was under impression it was a 6bolt from what i had read online but maybe i looked at wrong specs.... evo4-9 turbos i don’t really like i had a evo8 with 9 turbo looking for a bit more top end and i was told by a few people this motor is good for about 500 but to keep it safely at like 400-450

You'e been given some bad information. A 6-bolt has never been installed by the factory in an Evo. If you take a 7-bolt E123 motor that far, it will fail quickly. Going past 350whp is very dangerous on stock pistons.

What I meant by Evo 4-9 turbo is the style of turbo. They are a mirrored setup- the exhaust outlet points the other direction, and you can't install them. You mentioned "JB Red", which is how FP describes the Evo turbo (they call the DSM JB Red simply "Red"), so I just wanted to make sure.

Build the engine as if it were a 2g DSM, it uses the same style manifold and turbo setup, practically all of it interchanges.
