For some reason, I am unable to view the video so I can't be much help. But most random "rattle" noises I've had with my evo was accessory pulleys and also, I have had my alternator bolt back out and start scraping at the idler pulley causing a rattling. I also have solid motor mounts so everything rattles all the time and little bolts tend to back themselves out here and there. Check for loose parts where the noise is most noticeable, an automotive stethoscope comes in very useful for pinpointing engine noises.
