Its fine if it's open at idle. My QRJ is open at idle. Air only goes out.

Update: Got the plain spring and put it in. The Tial Q is now only open maybe 3 or 4 mm at idle which I am fine with, tomorrow I will most likely play around with putting a thin washer in to see if I can get it to stay shut at idle but at the same time not surge when it blows off. I know its ok that its open slightly with Speed density but I am trying to perfect it lol.

Its odd that the yellow spring keeps the tial closed all the time at my vacuum level but the spring one step below the yellow which is plain stays open slightly.

Stock bov is dual port

Tial is single port

single port bov’s will surge because they don’t open on part throttle acceleration

correct spring can can make it better, but expect surge when swapping to tial
