You may want to try a lighter spring . If you are going to keep the Tial for your goals.

Stock or small turbo's spool up quickly and can surge. You can also try to lower the WGDC table, loosen or lower the waste gate actuator. You could also change your driving style to avoid part throttle surge.

I got tial qrj with-3 psi spring. I think the problem might me elsewhere. Like that on 5th and 6th gear the car has too much boost and the throttle doesn't open that much so the air goes back to turbo

The Tial QRJ flutters on the stock turbo. It's not fixable, the BOV can't hand a turbo that rides the surge line. The -1.5psi spring helps, but ultimately the solution is to ditch that BOV with a stock or stock appearing turbo.

well you are right but how can it be possible the car to surge with normal throttle speed? it does it only on 5th-6th gear when i pull on low rpms like 2800-3000rpm. if the car has 5000 or over it works well. Even if i pull full throttle from low rpms it doesnt flutter. it surges only when i grow throttle from low rps at 5th - 6th speed
