Thumbs up My new Greddy IC

Well, my mods never seem to get finished OTOH, there is always something new on the works
Boost Solutions just finished installing my GReddy R-SPL inercooler Kit. According to their promotional materials, it's the real deal!
-core size 600 x 276 x 76mm ( 3" thick)
- one of the best flowing intercoolers for your Evo
- same core used in the Skyline and Supra intercoolers

Anyway, it looks awesome!

George had to enrichen the A/Fs again, this thing flows so well that it leaned out right away! According to George, I get full boost at 3K rpm.... I also got and installed the AEM UEGO controiller with the display..... Gotta keep track of those A/Fs

The cam gears are getting dialed in correctly too.... As soon as we get the assurance from AEM and RC about the compatibility of the RC 660 injectors with the AEM EMS, we should be ready to rock
A final dyno tuning session should get me all set... I can't wait

I've got the same I/C!! How much of a b!tch was it getting the left bolt (if looking at the car) tight that attachs to the turbo outlet.

I don't know about that one, but I can tell you that one of the bolts that holds the inlet pipe flange to the turbo was a real bastard..... Those guys at Boost Solutions were working like crazy for quite a while and i left before they got it in. I did hear that they had to do a bit of modifying to some of the stock brackets for the thing to go in......

Yummy, those cam gears look nice too, colors could be a bit better though. Love the RS pipe.

Yeah, I got the UEGO controller with the display. The AEM UEGO communicates with the AEM EMS and can maintain the A/Fs at a set point! Also, I have the ability to monitor the A/Fs all the time

Yeah I wish they were red like the Tomei cam gears.... It does not amtter too much since they are covered anyway. The only reason they are exposed now is for dialing the cams Yeah, the RS pipe is way cool too, but that 45° bend I got at a local muffler shop.

Yeah, I had a fun time playing with those bolts on the turbo with my Buschur intercooler. I'm not even entirely sure if the one on the left is on tight enough
