Leaking part on the Throttle body

So I did a boost leak test and this is leaking on the throttle body. Was wondering if anyone had the same problem? Is there a gasket behind this? I read on a different thread form 5+ years ago that there is a spring there controlling something. So my questions is what is behind this cover and how do I seal it up?

Thanks for the reply. So you think I can just take it out and replace the oring/gasket?
