Need help choosing what injector size and brand to get for my Evo 8 build. Got full bolt ons, speed density, and wanna be running on e85. Goal is to be around 450-500hp

500whp x 2 = 1000cc for pump.gas, then round up to nearest injector.
1000 x 1.3 = 1300cc for e85, round up to nearest injector.
Both should net approx 80-85% IDC if I remember right.
I'd recommend High-Z, if you can afford the extra $$$. If not, I've had good luck with most Low-Z injectors, but FIC has probably been my favorite.

Also, I'd recommend doing a search for other opinions. This topic has been covered many, many times. In fact, I think there was a thread just last week.

I have and would use ID1300 . Its a true motorsports injector designed by Bosch for Injector dynamics. It will make around 500whp on Ethanol and drive well. Its also important to see what your tuner recommends since they will have hours into a base file for specific injectors.

If you want to save a couple dollars and have zero room for growth, FIC 1200cc can make 500whp on e85. Granted, IDC will be around 95-100%

but you can save 400 bucks that way

I have the FIC 1450's on E85 and have some room left on an EF3. Idle and starting are fine.
