Slipping clutch?? Boost issue?

Car was driving fine until one day it started stuttering at 3.5k rpm. Checked all hoses and clamps and discovered the oem boost solenoid had a broken section where the line runs to the wastegate and turbo. Replaced the oem boost solenoid with a brand new oem unit and the next day the rpms would shoot up whenever I applied throttle. Filmed a few videos, maybe someone could help. Car has 146k miles, an exhaust, perrin intake, spoolin up cop and no tune. Right now the car won't build boost even in lower gears where there is no evidence of slippage. Battery has been unplugged for soft reset and problem still exists. Clutch is a stage 3.5 Competition Clutch and has a Competition Clutch lightweight flywheel, installed 20k miles ago.

There are a few simple driving tests you can do. One of them is to get into 4th gear where you have almost a 1:1 gear ratio

Start accelerating & the speedo & the tach should almost coincide w/each other. If the tach quickly out paces the speedo, the clutch is slipping
