FAL Radiator fan install

So I have a FAL fan that i will be using when i get my replacement radiator in and i dont have the OEM plug that plugs into the fan control unit. I stupidly didnt cut it off my old fan before it was thrown away. So now i am lost on how i can install this fan and plug it into the control unit. Are there any other options with installing the fan. Does it need the control unit to operate? My last resort is to just buy a used OEM fan just so i can clip the connector. off and use that.

So what does everyone do to wire up an aftermarket fan when they dont have the original OEM plug to use?

You can:
  1. Source the connector(if it's sold)
  2. Buy used OEM Fan just for the pigtail
  3. Find single crimp connector that will fit into the module
If all else fails, solder the wire directly to the module. This is not the best way to do but it will work.

Thanks, that was kinda what i figured my options were. I found where to get the oem connector but its from Malaysia and the shipping is like $70 lol, id be better off just buying a used fan here in the states.
